The Thompson Flats were built in 1900. We fully renovated all 12 apartments in 2018 while preserving their unique historic character. Apartment 24 has its own individually controlled heat and air conditioning, refinished hardwood floors and woodwork, and Valor gas fireplace. The updated bathroom features a glass door with ceramic tile shower and in-floor ceramic tile heat. The kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless appliances with a built in dishwasher. The apartment has Marvin thermal windows and LED lighting for energy efficiency. The Thompson Flats are located across the street from the Basilica and a half block from Loring Park. There is an additional charge of $40 per month for the apartment's dedicated Wi-Fi internet service from the building's US Internet fiber connection and trash.
